As our business has grown, we’ve expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our community. Disability support and speech pathology are more recent additions to Escape Assistance Solutions, developed with the same care, professionalism, and person-centred approach that has defined our cleaning services for decades.

Aaron Lovett

Office Manager

Aaron has been a part of Escape Assistance Cleaning for 15 years. His can-do attitude, work commitment, personable presence and communication skills has seen Aaron go from a casual cleaner to client Liaison Manager, to now Office Manager.

He works directly alongside our Operations Manager to ensure every client's needs and requirements are being met. You will be able to contact Aaron for a chat anytime.

Abby

Speech Pathologist

Abby is a Speech Pathologist at Talk Easy Speech. She graduated with Honours from the University of Newcastle in 2015 and has since continued to expand her clinical expertise, with a strong focus on supporting children and their families.

Abby has a particular passion for literacy development and early language skills. She is a Sounds-Write qualified clinician, enabling her to provide evidence-based support for children with reading, spelling, and phonological difficulties. She is also trained in PROMPT, a tactile-kinesthetic approach used to support children with speech sound and motor speech difficulties.

Abby values building strong, collaborative relationships with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, functional, and tailored to each child’s individual needs. She is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based intervention in a supportive and engaging environment.

Christine McKay (Ma)

Operations Manager

Ma has been with the Escape Assistance Cleaning family since 2014. Ma came with many, many years in the cleaning industry and has been happy to share that knowledge in order to help Escape Assistance Cleaning be one of the best in the industry.                          

Ma is responsible for staff training, client feedback, inductions and you might often see her pop in to say hello and check that as a client you are being heard, and all of your requirements have been met.
